Elmwood Assisted Living and Memory Care of Fremont is now accepting applications for a Part Time, Dayshift Housekeeper. This position works 3 days a week, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Shift times 6am - 2pm (Shift times can be flexible to make weekend shifts shorter). Ask us about our Perfect Attendance incentive!
Responsibilities of Housekeeper include:
Sweeps and mops floors. Washes windows, chairs, and sanitizes all bathrooms, sinks, bathers, showers, etc. Cleans all mirrors, chairs, bedsprings and rolls and dusts all furniture within resident rooms. Cleans all common areas within the facility. Empties trash cans and chux cans and sanitizes. Sweeps Dining Rooms. Maintains good working relationships with staff and residents. Ensures that resident rooms are ready for new admissions. Ensures that the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to provide for care and welfare of the residents in a healthful environment. Ensures that good housekeeping service is performed in every department of the facility and is planned in cooperation with employees. Insures adequacy and cleanliness of linen supplies. Keeps supplies stocked. Performs any other duties as assigned by Director of Environmental Services and Executive Director.
