Description

Country Village Center, a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Maine, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and monitor clinical status for both short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Working in an interdisciplinary, teamwork-focused environment, the RN supports residents’ dignity, safety, and quality of life while collaborating with therapists, physicians, and families. Provide holistic nursing care to short-term rehab and long-term care residents
Complete comprehensive assessments and update individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, including IVs and wound care
Monitor resident status, document accurately in EHR, and report changes promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care planning and discharge needs
Educate residents and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Support CNAs and other staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
Participate in quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives
Maintain respectful, dignified, and compassionate resident interactions
