- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update room availability in real-time
- Operate multi-line phone systems, providing information about hotel services and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports
- Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Experience in hotel management systems, front desk operations, and guest relations
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, resort operations, and hotel experience preferred
