Shifts are 2- 5 hours per day based on demand.
Mondays and Fridays required.
Typically work 10- 25 hours per week. Depends on work load for the week.

Essential Functions
- Promptly responds to front desk reports of guest problems or concerns, informs the front desk when action is complete.
- Logging maintenance as complete in computer
- Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, or makes recommendation for repairs, of all mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, all building components and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Advises if an outside contractor is needed.
- Maintains the grounds, landscaping, and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner.
- Performs the “RPM” room prevention maintenance, schedule on a timely basis quartly, ensuring that all elements of the guest room meet the standards of Country Inns & Suites By Radisson.
- Performs painting, carpentry, plumbing, carpet cleaning, and other jobs as necessary.
- Procures and maintains an inventory of supplies in order to perform duties.
- Maintains all storage areas, shops, and mechanical areas in a clean, safe, and secure manner.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken.
- Maintains and up keeps pool.
- Performs other duties as requested or required.

Qualification Standards
- Ability to accept directions and priorities from the general manager and reliably follow-through on tasks.
- Ability to perform job duties with a minimum of disruption to the guest.
- Ability to be friendly and cheerful; interact easily with strangers.
- Ability to cooperate and support others.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
