Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and regulations
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold the property’s quality standards
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed
- Support other hospitality functions to create a seamless and welcoming environment for all visitors
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
- Exceptional teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and collaboration
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required
