- Uphold and contribute to a positive work culture by aligning daily performance with the kitchen’s vision, standards, and established service guarantees
- Organize and manage station responsibilities, ensuring readiness for daily and weekly operations, including:
- Preparing and maintaining daily mis en place for service.
- Cooking menu items accurately according to established recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
- Executing food preparation and service within designated time standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Communicating effectively and proactively with team members across all kitchen functions.
- Actively develop culinary skills, including cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Contribute to menu innovation through participation in feature dishes and idea development.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth toward advancement opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
