We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight position is ideal for candidates who are organized, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently while delivering exceptional guest service. Position Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for managing late-night front desk operations, providing support to overnight guests, and ensuring accurate completion of all end-of-day accounting and reporting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during late-night check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Answer and route internal and external phone calls.
- Take reservations and update guest information in the property management system.
- Reconcile cash drawers, process payments, and complete nightly audit reports.
- Run shift and closing reports to ensure accurate financial records.
- Communicate guest feedback or issues to the appropriate departments.
- Support other departments as needed to address guest needs during overnight hours.
- Review and approve electronic timecards for accuracy as required.

Special Requirements:
- Prompt and reliable attendance is essential. This is an overnight position.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as business demands.
- Minimum availability of 16 hours per week is required for part-time employees.
- Must meet hotel and departmental standards for professional appearance and conduct.
- Willingness to assist in other tasks or departments when requested.
- Must comply with hotel safety, confidentiality, and Marriott brand service standards.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Work environment is typically quiet to moderate during overnight hours.
- May be exposed to standard cleaning and office supplies.

Requirements
- Liquor License – KCMO, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Lightspeed, Fosse, and MICROS systems is a plus
- Must be willing to complete drug screen and background check in accordance with federal and state laws
