CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports. The Customer Service will work onsite at EWR Airport.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the go-to guide welcoming travelers, answering questions, and helping them navigate flights and terminals
- Create great first impressions by resolving concerns quickly and making every guest feel supported and valued
- Keep things running smoothly by assisting during flight changes, cancellations, or busy travel times
- Bring positivity, energy, and professionalism to every interaction
- Jump in where needed to support shopping experiences, lobby services, and special concierge requests to make visits memorable
- Collaborate with teammates, share updates, and help create a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflicts
- Alcohol Beverage Awareness Cared (TAM Card) may be required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
