Position Title: Human Resources Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Chief HR Officer
Compensation: $62,500 (with experience)
Calendar: 260 Days (year-round)
Position Type: Salary/Standard Employee Group
SUMMARY: The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for oversight of classified and certified staff employee hiring, training, and placement. The Human Resources Recruiter will design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for assigned staff categories which may include certified, classified, extra-curricular, and staff for summer programs.
Required: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. Experience in Human Resources
Preferred: Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
