- Envelope stuffing, label application, box assembly
- Building parts for government and commercial contracts
- Operating machines: label feeders, bag sealers, weigh scales, tape guns, sewing machines

Position Summary
As a Direct Support Professional I, you’ll coach and empower individuals to grow their production skills. You’ll offer encouragement, track progress, and help shape a supportive, inclusive warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with job skill development
- Participate in Person-Centered Support Planning
- Provide crisis and emergency support
- Maintain paper and digital documentation
- Model professionalism, empathy, and teamwork
- Ensure accurate timekeeping and reliable attendance
- Partner with internal departments, families, and support networks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (exceptions may apply)
