We're looking for a dynamic Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our US Operations.
What You'll Do
✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, and professional positions.
✅ Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and attract top talent.
✅ Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and social media recruiting.
✅ Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, pre-employment processes, and onboarding activities.
✅ Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, schools, and community outreach programs.
What We're Looking For
✔ 3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or related experience.
✔ Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, or technical positions is preferred.
✔ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Experience with ATS systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
✔ Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
