LANDSCAPE FOREMAN
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
Costner Care Landscaping, LLC is a local family owned, growing, design, build, and maintain landscaping business. We are currently looking to hire an experienced self-motivated Landscape Foreman to join our team.
Duties:
- Oversee team of crew members to ensure safe and efficient daily performance of landscaping projects.
- Works closely with the Landscaping Supervisor to plan and manage daily projects.
- Transport crews to service locations (pulling trailer).
- Provides crew with direction and training of daily performance requirements.
- Has advanced knowledge of lawn equipment (weed eater, zero turn mowers, push mower, hedge clippers, leaf blowers).
- Provides daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper function.
- Monitor sites and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicates well with others using basic English or Spanish.
- Provides excellent service (e.g., accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, work-site partners, and company staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Develops relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and gain referrals.

Required experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a crew member
- Required license or certification: Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual a plus
- Excellent Communication skills - must be able to read and write in English
- Ability to work some weekends /evenings and in inclement weather
