Qualifications for ALL positions

• **Prior landscape maintenance or general landscaping experience.
• Must be able to follow directions as well as take responsibility for your work and behavior.
• A focus on customer service, high integrity, desire to do quality work and a good attitude are an absolute must to achieve success with us.
• Minimum qualifications include - ACTIVE DRIVERS LICENSE, ability to work outside in various weather conditions, ability to work well with others, listen and follow directions and hold each other and yourself accountable.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience operating landscape equipment including weedeater, edgers, blowers, riding/standing mowers and related landscaping equipment.
• Experience working on commercial properties.
• A definite plus would be past experience working in non-maintenance roles such as landscape installation projects, hardscapes, irrigation service and installation, outdoor lighting, pressure washing or any other landscape or property management related field outside of general maintenance services.

We are hiring for full tiem help for the following positions:

Crew Leader / Crew Members - Maintenance Team

• General landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, laying mulch / pine straw and other related tasks.
• Ability to use commercial grade equipment and machinery including commercial mowers, blowers, weed eaters, edger, sprayers, etc.
• Ability to get along with a team
• Anyone wishing to serve as a crew leader MUST be willing and able to hold others accountable and create a team environment within their crew. as well as lead a team.

Utility Team / Pruning Team

• Teammates for this team may be assigned to various jobs or tasks on any given day. These jobs may include pruning, property cleanups, enhancements and installation work to include hardscape and softscape work, new plants / trees installations, sod installations, irrigation work and other tasks as requested.
• Additional duties include filling in on maintenance crews where short term needs exist.
• The ideal candidate for this team would be someone who desires working on different tasks or projects on any given day, wants to learn new skills and is willing to fill in where needed.
