Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management systems such as RFMS.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Support shipping & receiving activities by inspecting incoming goods, verifying documentation, and organizing storage areas for optimal warehouse distribution.
- Assist with general warehouse operations including stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, order picking, packing, and stock management tasks.
- Basic math skills necessary for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with team members or external partners.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and e-commerce fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently.
