Our family practice is looking for an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. We are a private practice specializing in providing exceptional patient care in a professional, positive, team-oriented environment. Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as dental front office Treatment Plan Coordinator preferred.
- Knowledgeable of PPO and Financial options.
- Customer Service Focus/excellent customer service.
- Team Player
- Multi-tasker and self motivated.
- Professional Demeanor.
- Punctual.
- Dentrix knowledge preferred.
- Patient Education and Presentation skills.
- Excellent Communication.
- COVID Vaccine Required
Primary Role Expectations (not limited to):
- Present treatment plans to patients
- Discusses fees, finances and payment options with patients.
- Answering phones when necessary.
- Collecting monies at the time of service.
- Processing correspondence from other offices and following up on referrals
