- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping
- Support calendar management by scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating events with attention to detail
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Conduct general office management tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office equipment
- Support medical or dental reception duties as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling for healthcare providers
