The Human Resources Intern will support the HR function through a structured 3-month internship focused on data-driven analysis, compensation strategy, HR systems optimization, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
This role is designed for a tech-savvy, analytically driven individual interested in modern HR practices. The intern will contribute to high-impact projects including compensation benchmarking, HR data insights, and process automation, with a strong emphasis on delivering actionable recommendations and measurable improvements.
This position provides hands-on experience in strategic HR functions and focuses on analytical and project-based contributions rather than administrative support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarking, providing insights on market positioning and internal equity
- Analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics) to identify trends and support decision-making
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
- Support HRIS reporting, data integrity, and system optimization
- Partner on process improvement initiatives, including AI-enabled workflow automation
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to enhance HR processes, documentation, and reporting
- Support recruiting efforts through pipeline analytics and process efficiency
- Document processes and develop scalable tools, templates, and best practices
