Summary: Support the evaluation and selection of fragrances for various projects, contributing to successful product submissions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- Manage and execute assigned B and C level projects across categories, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives
- Evaluate and select preliminary fragrances that meet customer and project requirements
- Apply judgment in assessing fragrance options and contribute to fragrance recommendations aligned with customer briefs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the internal fragrance library
- Recommend fragrances from the library for customer projects and briefs
- Collaborate with perfumers and support fragrance development direction for assigned projects
- Coordinate with Application Lab and Marketing teams to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Track new market launches, monitor trends, and support development of fragrance concepts aligned with market needs
- Participate in project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items and deliverables
- Maintain and organize fragrance library, documentation, and product sample closet
- Support regional and global projects, applying judgment in prioritization and execution of assigned tasks
