Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Crystal Lake, IL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, and overseeing the preparation of financial statements. Day-to-day tasks involve recording transactions, reconciling accounts, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to support the financial operations of the academy. Collaboration with team members to ensure financial efficiency and compliance is a central aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Statements and Finance
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries
- Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of applicable financial regulations is preferred
