We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact, you will play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience, building lasting relationships, and supporting the smooth daily operations of our practice.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position with the following schedule:
- Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional experience to every patient from check-in to check-out.
- Manage patient registration, update records, and ensure accurate information within the practice management system.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Escort patients to treatment rooms, ensuring their comfort and a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming treatment rooms and reception areas.
- Process patient check-outs, collect payments, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Prepare patient charts and support daily administrative operations.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical, aesthetic, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Strong computer proficiency, typing skills, and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about creating positive patient experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, or skincare products is considered an asset.
