What You'll Do
- Be the go-to resource for cosmetic services by responding to patient inquiries, explaining treatments, and confidently recommending products, promotions, and memberships.
- Drive cosmetic scheduling and sales by proactively filling gaps in provider schedules, coordinating appointments, and identifying opportunities to enhance the patient experience.
- Create a seamless patient journey by managing the complete checkout process, processing payments, scheduling follow-ups, and encouraging rebooking.
- Build lasting patient relationships by understanding individual goals, providing personalized recommendations, and supporting patient retention.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared sales goals, promote cosmetic services, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, or another client-facing environment.
- A bubbly, confident, and outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A goal-oriented, sales-driven mindset with the ability to make recommendations and motivate patients to take the next step.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics, with enthusiasm for learning about treatments and services.
- A positive, dependable team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to shared success.
