The Front Desk Receptionist is one of our most vital roles—you’re the first and last impression our clients experience, setting the tone for an exceptional visit from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-spoken and articulate. They should be flexible with scheduling, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and exude a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring ~ 32 hours/week. The role is onsite with standard working hours (Wednesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm). We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, concierge-level experience for every patient.
- Welcome and check in patients while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with providers and clinical teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient information and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized, polished, and welcoming.
- Educate patients on available services and connect them with the appropriate provider.
- Support administrative and operational needs while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred.
- Experience with phone systems and appointment scheduling.
- Warm, outgoing, and professional communication style.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in plastic surgery, aesthetics, skincare, health, or wellness.
- Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or cosmetic procedures is a plus.
