MINT Aesthetics, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Creative Content LMS Specialist to join their state-of-the-art facility located in Kansas City, MO.
At MINT Aesthetics, we teach, train, and empower medSpa owners and providers all over the country — and we need someone who can help us keep our online education and brand presence looking as sharp and polished as the clinics we serve.
Work Schedule
This is an onsite position, available on either a part-time or full-time basis, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. We support a healthy work-life balance while ensuring the needs of the business are met.
What You’ll Be Doing
🎨 Content Creation:
Collaborate with our education and marketing teams to create and edit beautiful, on-brand graphics, short videos, and promotional materials for our website, emails, and social channels. If you love Canva, PowerPoint, and storytelling through design — you’ll fit right in!
💻 Website E-Course Updates:
Work hand-in-hand with our team to upload, refresh, and maintain content on the MINT Aesthetics website and within our Tovuti LMS (Learning Management System). Experience working in LMS systems is a must — and if you’ve used Tovuti, even better!
🛠️ Tech & Platform Work

- Experience with WooCommerce (product uploads, updates, and troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with Vimeo for hosting and embedding course videos
- Comfort editing and building within WordPress (bonus points if you’ve built or maintained websites!)
- Ability to organize, name, and version files like a pro — our courses evolve fast, and we like things clean and current.
- Creative, resourceful, and naturally curious — you love learning new tools and finding better ways to do things.
- Detail-oriented and organized — you can juggle multiple projects and keep timelines on track.
- A great communicator — you can collaborate with multiple teams and aren’t afraid to ask questions or share ideas.
