Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute all aspects of deli operations, including food preparation, presentation, and sanitation, ensuring adherence to company standards.

- Participate in the development and implementation of merchandising plans to maximize sales and profitability, utilizing marketing principles.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
