Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist patients in mobility, including walking and transfers.
• Help administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following hygiene and infection control protocols.
• Record patient information and caregiving activities accurately in electronic health records.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the State of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• Physical stamina to assist with lifting and transporting patients as needed.
