Dutchess Provisions is a wholesale foodservice distributor and authorized Boar’s Head
purveyor that has served the Hudson Valley for over 40 years. We need a Warehouse
Manager who takes pride in keeping things organized, on time, and done right. Three days a
week you own the warehouse. Two days a week you ride as a helper on delivery routes.
Every day you go home knowing the operation ran because of you.
What You Own
• The warehouse — receiving, inventory, staging, organization, cleanliness •
Order processing — print orders and invoices, verify accuracy, load trucks by route • The
forklift — you operate it, you maintain it, you own it • Fleet maintenance — schedule service,
track mileage, coordinate with vendors, keep the trucks clean and road-ready • Walk-in
cooler and freezer — daily temp checks, organization, maintenance coordination • The
building and grounds — loading dock, landscaping, exterior upkeep • Delivery support —
ride as helper on Tuesday and Friday routes, unload and merchandise at stops
Your Week
Wednesday: Lead trailer unload, receive and verify shipments, forklift work, facility
maintenance, deep clean • Thursday: Prep and load trucks for Friday delivery, inventory
management, equipment checks • Friday: Ride along as driver helper, end-of-week truck
cleaning and inspection, secure warehouse for weekend
What You Bring
something’s off with a truck, a cooler, or a piece of equipment • You can lift 50 lbs all day
and don’t mind physical work • Organized and reliable — you don’t need someone watching
over you to get things done • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

- $21–$23/hr — Warehouse experience, forklift certified, can work independently (sweet spot)
