Location: Vail, Colorado (River Run Apartments)
CORY is partnering with Texas Capital Partners, who is hiring a high-impact leader, execution-focused Community Director, to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established private equity investment and development group specializing in multi-family housing.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Overseeing entire operations for a 117-unit asset.
- Drive occupancy, monitor market conditions
- Recruit, train, and develop on-site staff
- Implement initiatives that improve retention and community engagement
- Own the property budget and support monthly reporting and variance analysis
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 3-5 years in multifamily property management
- Proven leadership and team management
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Experience with property management systems (Yardi)
- Bilingual in Spanish
Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:
- Base salary up to $105,000, plus additional incentives, based on experience.
