Exciting Opportunity: Regional Property Manager – Affordable Housing
Location: Sacramento, CA
CORY is hiring a strategic, mission-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee operational performance across a portfolio of senior affordable housing communities totaling 700 units.

We are representing a purpose-driven, affordable housing organization focused on creating stable, supportive living environments for older adults. This group is committed to operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and the delivery of a high-quality resident experience across its communities.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Provide leadership across a portfolio of senior housing communities, ensuring consistency in operations, financial performance, and service standards.
- Guide and support onsite leadership, helping drive accountability, team development, and overall property performance.
- Review property-level performance data and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, collections, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term asset performance strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable housing regulations and internal policies across the portfolio.
- Visit communities regularly to assess operations, identify gaps, and support teams in executing improvement plans.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 5 years of property management experience, with at least 3 years at a regional or senior-level management position.
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance (LIHTC and HUD)
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
