Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

• Greet customers in the showroom and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Build rapport with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, safety tech, and performance
• Provide clear, accurate information on pricing, options, and financing
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, trims, and inventory
• Assist customers with trade-in appraisals and vehicle valuations
• Work collaboratively with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-purchase
• Complete required manufacturer training and certification

Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

• Previous successful Automotive Sales Experience is a plus but not required!
• Fridays and Saturdays are required
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
• Integrity, a Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic Required
