QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years’ experience required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be 18yrs of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, outgoing, and an effective communicator.
Supervision of others/decision-making aptitude (if applicable):
No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES
- Determine customer automotive needs while educating the customer on new and used car ownership.
- Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives.
- Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow-up.
- Suggest optional equipment for customer purchase.
- Engage in business development.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
- Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
