Warehouse Associate (Quality) – Carpentersville, IL

$22 - $26 / hour with Annual Bonus, 401K Matching, 3 Weeks PTO, and Full Health Benefits

We are searching for a team member to work within our quality department and deliver the final approval in large orders. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all orders are filled correctly and all products received meet quality standards before being shipped to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect outbound orders for accuracy, completeness, correct quantities, and proper packaging.
• Verify item counts against pick lists, packing slips, and system records before orders are released.
• Examine products for damage/defects and flag any quality issues for further review.
• Enter product serial numbers, lot numbers, and tracking data accurately into inventory systems.
• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to resolve order discrepancies or missing items.
• Complete special projects or tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• 6 months’ experience or more in a similar role in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice and correct discrepancies or inaccuracies.
