As an Senior Manager, Event Strategy & Execution, you’ll help bring our brand and mission to life through impactful corporate events. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of company-wide events—from initial concept through on-site execution—for national sales meetings, key forums, and top-tier trade shows.
- Create event plans that support organizational goals, strengthen brand presence, spark engagement, and generate business opportunities.
- Handle all operational elements, including production oversight, creative and content development, branded materials, and day-of event management
- Manage event finances, ensuring accurate forecasting, budget allocation, and ongoing financial tracking.
- Secure and manage partnerships with venues, hotels, production teams, and external service providers through effective sourcing and negotiation.
- Drive cost-efficient approaches without sacrificing the quality or impact of the attendee experience.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to ensure events align with shifting priorities and business needs.
- Develop cohesive strategies for pre-event preparation and post-event follow-through to extend the overall impact.
- Tailor event plans to regional considerations, adjusting quickly as business requirements evolve.
- Provide direction and support to junior team members, contractors, and cross-functional collaborators to ensure flawless program delivery.
- Review event outcomes, analyze performance metrics and ROI, and leverage insights to refine future event strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4 years of experience managing corporate B2B events within similar industry a big plus
- Experience handling large-scale events with large 7 figure budgets
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- Able travel as needed, including some weekends average 40%
