About the Role
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Operations & Data Coordinator to join our Elk Grove Village, IL team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and interested in understanding how data supports business operations. You’ll spend much of your day working with information in internal systems, maintaining accurate records, reviewing data, and helping different areas of the business stay organized.
You’ll receive training on our systems and processes, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you become familiar with the business.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, update, and maintain operational data in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Review information for accuracy and identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data.
- Track orders, inventory, product information, and other operational details.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries.
- Research information and follow up with internal teams when clarification is needed.
- Help maintain accurate product, customer, and business records across multiple systems.
- Work with different departments to gather information and keep processes moving.
- Learn internal systems, workflows, and procedures and gradually take ownership of additional responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree OR 1 year of data entry experience in an office setting
- Comfortable working with Excel and handling detailed information
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
- Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn’t make sense
