As our Recruiter, you'll partner directly with hiring managers across our corporate office and warehouse operations to attract exceptional talent and create an outstanding hiring experience from the initial workforce planning discussion through successful onboarding.

Success means helping managers make great hiring decisions, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building talent pipelines before positions become urgent, and continuously improving the way recruiting is done.

No two days are the same. One day you may be recruiting a CSR, the next a Warehouse Supervisor, eCommerce rep, Salesperson, HR professional, or Executive-level position. If you enjoy variety and learning different parts of a business, you'll thrive in this role.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build out the recruiting department by putting together SOPs for all recruiting processes.
• Demonstrated experience taking requisitions from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Recruit for Corporate, Office, and Warehouse positions.
• Ability to partner directly with hiring managers, conduct intake meetings, establish interview processes and support effective hiring.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, career fairs, trade organizations, colleges, technical schools, military transition programs, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct structured phone screens and interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, transferable skills, learning agility, and long-term potential.
• Coordinate interviews while maintaining exceptional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities to create an exceptional first-day experience.
• Represent us at career fairs, networking events, schools, and community outreach activities.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
• Utilize technology, automation, AI, and analytics to improve efficiency while maintaining sound professional judgment.
• Recommend improvements that simplify, standardize, automate, and scale recruiting processes.
• Highly self-directed and organized; must be comfortable being the only recruiter without a recruiting team or coordinator.
• Open to taking on additional responsibilities outside of talent acquisition such as/but not included to…possibly safety trainings, company event planning, and any other way you can assist the HR team or other departments.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience for office and warehouse through multiple channels
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
• Ability to build productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
