We are searching for an Order Management Specialist to keep all orders accurate, organized, and moving smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Review retailer purchase orders with strong attention to detail, confirming orders match available inventory before submitting for fulfillment.
- Update order statuses in ERP system as items move from processing to picking to shipment, ensuring sales and customer service always have real-time visibility.
- Communicate order updates to customers such as delivery timing, substitutions, or confirmation that their shipment has left the warehouse.
- Log order issues like shortages, mispicks, or damaged items and assist with collected necessary details for replacements or credits.
- Keep recuring customer account notes up to date with preferences like packing instructions, preferred carriers, blackout dates, and delivery hours.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, with preference given to similar order management, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to pick out discrepancies/inaccuracies and adjust as needed to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and product specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for communicating with customers, retailers, and internal teams.
