Brand Manager – St. Charles, IL | Hybrid Schedule
Salary: Up to $160,000 Bonus

As part of this continued growth, we are hiring a Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives, product launches, shopper marketing, and category growth within our packaged food portfolio. This highly visible role will partner cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and R&D to drive innovation and brand performance.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of creativity, analytics, and project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution in a dynamic CPG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand growth initiatives across key product categories, including product innovation, positioning, pricing, packaging, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
- Manage new product launches from concept through retail execution while partnering cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and external agencies to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee packaging development, creative direction, brand messaging, and promotional assets while ensuring consistency across retail, digital, and customer-facing materials.
- Execute shopper marketing programs, retail activations, promotional campaigns, trade show support, and customer presentations to drive brand visibility and category growth.
- Analyze category, retailer, and syndicated data to identify market trends, competitive insights, innovation opportunities, and promotional performance to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare business reviews, forecasting analysis, leadership presentations, and performance reporting to support brand planning and sales growth initiatives.
- Manage timelines, project trackers, budgets, marketing calendars, and cross-functional communication to support efficient execution and operational alignment across departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies while supporting long-term brand and category growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
- MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of brand management experience within food manufacturing required
- Strong background in CPG brand strategy, product launches, and retail marketing
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product development teams
- Proven ability to manage projects, analyze business trends, and drive brand growth
- Experience working with syndicated data platforms and retailer analytics preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
