What You’ll Do
- Prepare monthly and quarterly investment reports using Excel, including performance, cash activity, and valuations.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across reporting deliverables.
- Manage daily cash activity, including capital calls, distributions, and account monitoring.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools to track and analyze investment data.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investment managers and internal teams, delivering timely and high-quality support.
- Assist in investment return calculations and help resolve reporting questions.
- Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers.
- Maintain organized client and investment documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, fund administration, or financial operations.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization; modeling a plus).
- A proven track record of accuracy, organization, and responsiveness.
- Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset.
- Interest in investments, financial markets, or real assets.
