We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within industrial markets (specialty chemicals, lubricants, coatings, sealants). Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business across targeted markets and geographies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and end users
- Identify new applications and opportunities for product utilization
- Execute against revenue and margin targets with strong follow-through
- Manage pricing, terms, and commercial negotiations
