What You'll Bring
Required:
- College degree
- 5 years of construction estimating experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Sharp attention to detail
- Confident communication skills — whether presenting to a boardroom or building rapport with a client
What would make you stand out:
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Business development background
- Conceptual estimating expertise
- Prior project management experience with a GC
