Hilton Head's premier Remodeling Company is Growing and looking for a Project Manager/Estimator.
- Construction management office experience
- Job estimating
- Coordinate with staff to maintain project tracking spreadsheets
- Coordinate staff to maintain regular client billing for completed work
- Act as point-of-contact for clients after construction contracts are signed
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to order fixtures, tile, appliances etc and coordinate start-of-job and end-of-job tasks
- Manage incoming correspondence to owner and coordinate responses to clients, suppliers, employees and subcontractors
- Create accurate detailed estimates for Remodel Projects
- Create job timelines for projects and manage subcontractors in accordance with the timeline
- Manage all aspects of the project with excellent communication skills
- At least 5 years work experience
