What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time Recruiter/Administrative position position at Corporate Cleaning Group?
Corporate Cleaning Group Boulder, CO is seeking a part time Recruiter. This is a work from home position however in person meetings will be required 2-4 per month in Boulder.
Remuneration - $750 per month retainer, this includes the recruiting and completed onboarding of 5 applicants. Anything more then 5 applicants will be at $150 per succesful placement of new team member.
Responsible for various administrative and recruiting duties including but not limited to the following:
- Create job description for part time/hourly employees
- Post requisition on really
- Screen all applicants and short list those who meet job requirements
- Contact short listed applicants and arrange telephone interviews
- Coordinate 2nd in person interviews with Supervisor
- Once succesful applicant has been identified, complete all onboarding tasks
