Evening Cleaner – Production Facility (Southfield, MI)

Looking for a steady evening job where you can stay active, work independently, and be part of a solid team? We’re hiring a cleaner for a warehouse/factory setting in Southfield. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Location: Southfield, MI (Eight Mile & Beech Rd)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $19/hour - (Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and maintaining production facility floors and work areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and removing debris
- Trash removal and general facility upkeep
- Wiping high-touch srufaces
- Cleaning restrooms and common areas
- Following safety procedures in an industrial environment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in an industrial setting
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Previous cleaning or labor experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Willingness to download and use a free mobile app to complete nightly cleaning checklists
- Steel-toe boots or shoes required (reimbursement available)
- Company shirt must be worn at all times (provided at no cost)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to attend a second in-person interview at our office in Commerce Township
