Corporate Cleaning Group is growing and we’re looking for a dependable Route Support Cleaner to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility—working at different locations and stepping in where needed to keep our clients’ facilities looking their best.
Start right away – experience preferred but not required, we’ll train you!
Position Overview
As Route Support, you’ll travel to various client sites in Novi & the sourrounding area to fill in for open cleaning shifts, call-offs, or vacation coverage. Every day will be a little different, making this a great fit for someone who likes to Evolve & Adapt!
Job Details
Location: Novi, MI and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM
Shift Length: 4–6 hours per night
Weekly Hours: 20–30 hours
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour (Bi-weekly via direct deposit)
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation
- Trash removal
- Dusting and surface cleaning
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Travel to different job sites as needed
- Complete cleaning checklists using a mobile app on your phone
- Fill in for absent team members or open positions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation (required)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Dependable and flexible with schedule/location
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
