Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning Contracts

This is a field-based, in-person sales role focused on closing deals, not just setting appointments.

You’ll be meeting with business owners and decision-makers, walking through facilities, and closing monthly service agreements.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is confident speaking face-to-face with business owners
• Knows how to build trust quickly
• Can close deals on the spot or within a short sales cycle
• Wants uncapped income potential

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and managers in person
• Conduct walkthroughs of commercial facilities
• Present cleaning service solutions and pricing
• Close new monthly service contracts
• Follow up with prospects and maintain pipeline
• Work with our team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Compensation

• Commission-based (high earning potential)
• Typical structure:
• 20%–50% of contract value (depending on contract)

Top performers can realistically earn $3,000–$10,000 /month depending on performance.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (B2B or service-based a plus)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Comfortable working independently
