Overview
We are seeking reliable independent cleaning contractors to service commercial accounts throughout Livingston, Oakland, Shiawassee, and Genesee counties.
This opportunity is for independent cleaning businesses looking to take on additional commercial accounts. Contractors operate their own business and are compensated per completed job rather than hourly. Accounts vary in size and frequency, with opportunities to take on additional locations over time.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning services at assigned client locations
- Complete cleaning according to the agreed service scope
- Maintain professional standards of cleanliness and reliability
- Communicate when services are completed
- Manage your own scheduling to meet client service requirements
- Provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to perform the work
Requirements / Skills
- Operate as an independent cleaning business (LLC preferred)
- General liability insurance required
- Ability to list our company as Additional Insured
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to service locations within Livingston, Oakland, Shiawassee, and Genesee counties
- Experience with commercial cleaning environments such as offices or small commercial facilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Account Details
- Typical account size: 1,000 – 3,000 sq ft
- Cleaning frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
- Locations are spread throughout the listed counties
- Most accounts can be completed in approximately 1–3 hours depending on scope
Compensation
- Paid per job (not hourly)
- Pay varies based on size and scope of each account
- Additional accounts may be offered as they become available
