What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vice President, Special Projects within our Lodging division.

This position falls under our ALE Solutions line of business and is a fully remote position. In this role, you will focus on 3 main deliverables: 1) Technical Sales; 2) New Product Effectiveness; and 3) Acceleration of Strategic Initiatives.

You will report directly to President of ALE Solutions, Tim Perman and regularly collaborate with all ALE leadership team members.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Technical Sales
    • Supporting Sales leadership team with Technical Selling process of ALE Solutions to new and existing customers
    • Representing ALE Solution as a Thought Leader in Client Forums, Industry Events, Insurance Panels, and Customer Engagements
    • Coordinating with our Product and Engineering teams on client feedback, continuous improvement of current toolkit, and design of enhancements
  • New Product Effectiveness
    • Partnering closely with ALE’s Product and Engineering teams to coordinate an accelerated launch of new products, feature upgrades, process improvements, and development of transformative new capabilities that reinforce ALE’s leadership position in the market
    • Ensuring efficient and effective collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product and IT to ensure that new products have the right feature, fit, look-and-feel, competitive advantage, and differentiated impact, to exceed client expectations
    • Representing the Sales and Customer Success team as the voice of the client to ensure the right prioritization of short-term and mid-term initiatives
  • Other Strategic Initiatives
    • Lead / Co-lead other critical growth initiatives that ALE Solutions is prioritizing to move the Industry forward and continue delivering unparalleled customer service or our clients
Qualifications & Skills

  • 20 years total work experience preferred
  • 10 years minimum experience in the Insurance segment preferred
  • Deep Sales, Product and Marketing leadership experience preferred
  • Track record of impressive career development and transformative impact on business results required
  • Undergraduate degree required

Pay Transparency

  • This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $170-$190K
