- Formal, hands-on training
- Pays $13-14 an hour
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Receiving 80-100 inbound calls daily to meet 40-60 booked reservation goal
- Booking client requested hotel reservations with the hotel representative
- Reporting reservation confirmation information into the system
- Communicating issues effectively and professionally with all Corpay Lodging Clients and Departments
- Utilizing proper grammar and appropriate speech to note client needs and issues
- Enhancing the reputation of Corpay, including all lines of business, by providing an unexpected level of service to all clients
- Managing one’s inbound and outbound call time to maximize one’s availability to take a call
- Beginning and completing assigned duties on time
- Performing other duties as needed or assigned
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 1 years of experience in the hospitality or retail industries preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Demonstrating ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrating knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
- Demonstrating a high degree of initiative, responsibility, punctuality, persistence and ownership
- Must be available for flexible scheduling
