How We Work
As an intern you will be expected to work in an in-office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in office at our Buckhead office location
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
- Assisting Scrum Masters with planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitoring and reporting on team progress, helping to identify and remove impediments.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation, including sprint backlogs and active sprint boards.
- Supporting the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects.
- A keen interest in agile methodologies and scrum practices is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and facilitate agile practices.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to the team’s objectives.
- Interests in learning new technologies including and not limited to JIRA, SharePoint, GitLab, Service Now, ROVO and other AI tools
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Good communication and teamwork
