We are seeking a Scrum Master Intern to join our Agile Practice for Spring 2026. In this role, you’ll support Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and cross-functional teams across multiple client engagements. This internship provides hands-on exposure to agile delivery, facilitation, team coordination, and client-facing communication — ideal for students interested in project delivery, agile coaching, or consulting.

• Support the facilitation of agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.




• Help maintain team artifacts such as product backlogs, sprint boards, burndown charts, and dashboards.




• Assist with tracking impediments, logging issues, and coordinating follow-ups with stakeholders.

• Observe and learn how Scrum Masters coach teams on Scrum practices and agile principles.




• Partner with team leads to support smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.




• Assist with sprint reporting, status updates, and basic team performance metrics.

• Support communication between internal delivery teams and client stakeholders under senior guidance.




• Attend client meetings, capture action items, and track next steps.




• Help identify opportunities for process or delivery improvements based on team and client needs.

• Contribute to Agile Practice playbooks, templates, and best-practice documentation.




• Assist with planning or supporting agile workshops and internal training sessions.




• Support process improvement initiatives across teams and engagements.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field) at least in your Junior year.




• Foundational understanding of Agile and Scrum (coursework, certification prep, or self-study).




• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.




• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

• Exposure to software development, UX/UI, data, or analytics projects.




• Team-based project experience (class projects, hackathons, internships, or student organizations).

• Real-world experience supporting agile delivery teams and client engagements.




• Coaching and mentorship from experienced Scrum Masters and agile practitioners.




• Exposure to modern agile tools and collaboration practices in a consulting environment.

• A strong foundation for future roles in Scrum Mastery, project management, agile coaching, or consulting.
