The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Performing data entry, reading, and entering information from international invoices, with both speed and accuracy.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, compliance, and controls.
- Learning and understanding Invoice Automation Solutions on a customized client basis
- Executing a range of AP and payment-related functions based on client direction
- Communicating clearly and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and clients
- Performing additional duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in alphanumeric typing is required.
- Completing data entry tasks for the entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Previous data entry experience
- 1 years of relevant experience
